The War on Reality: Even as a Taliban bomb goes off at a U.S. airbase in Afghanistan during a visit by Vice President Cheney, "remain calm, all is well" is the mantra. And when it comes to Iraq, First Lady Laura Bush says it's the "one bomb" a day that the media focuses on that makes it seem so bad. We get a much-needed reality check from Congressman Patrick Murphy, an Iraq war vet who has just returned from the region.

Don't call it a Comeback: We take a deeper look into the resurgence of the Taliban and the symbolism of today's attack with Terrorism expert Ben Venzke. WATCH VIDEO

ODDBALL: Hot stromboli, a big-ass burger and the day Superman let us all down. WATCH VIDEO

An Incoherent Truth: Al Gore has been getting a lot of good press lately, so the right wing attack dogs are out in force to "balance" the coverage with some political hit-jobs and unfounded charges of hypocrisy. The facts, as usual, are not on their side. WATCH VIDEO

Kid Corpulence: Nicola McKeown's son Connor is 218 pounds. He's eight years-old. Her solution? Put him on TV.

WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD: Nobody spews like Ann Coulter, being high on cough medicine is no excuse for making bomb threats, and the Baseball Hall of Fame Veterans committee get it wrong again. READ STORY

Whutdahell is up with Olbermann's disgusting habit of throwing papers on the floor? Doesn't that arrogant elitist jerk realize janitors have enough to do without cleaning up his additional mess every day?
Yeah, and can you imagine what the "carbon footprint" of those papers are every night? Oh, the horrror! The HORROR!
cmon bob, seriously bob, cmon...
I love the Laura stuff tonight..."one bombing a day". Maybe that's what the 'in house' network, FOX tells her...how about 5 bombings and like 50 dead yesterday.
maybe he reuses the same sheets of paper...and maybe he could help us draft orders of impeachment on them...that would be cool!
Big Mac diet! I started work for McDonal's in September of 2006, wieghing 289 lb.s and now am at 223 lb.s. One of the benifits for working at MCD is FREE meals. I eat Big Mac's and fries just about every day! Prince Charles is full of HOOY....
Thanks for getting ALL THE FACTS about the horrendous energy bill Tipper & Al pay because they PAY A RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE COMPANY!!!!! Whoosh! There go all my papers flying everywhere -- the breeze is pretty good out here in Sasebo today!
At least the trash thrown by Mr. Olbermann can be picked up and thrown away because it is tangible. The trash strewn about by other news media personnel and politicians just floats on the airwaves and corrupts us all!!!
I can not believe that the The Baseball Hall of Fame Committee on Veterans passed on the likes of Gil Hodges and Ron Santo, Jim Kaat and Maury Wills. They should be ashamed of themselves. Gil Hodges is so loved and admired that in the movie "Field of Dreams" despite having the names of any of the players in history, the character, "Moonlight Graham" (who was a real player and played his first and last game on June 29 1905)says, when he finally gets to the field he always dreamed of playing on "That's Gil Hodges" along with a few other well known Hall of Famers. The Committee should get the "Worst People of the Month Award"
Thank you for the fun, you make tv a better place, if I could just get Arron Brown back the world would be balanced again.
Rice comparing Saddam to Hitler. While the comparsion should have been Bush to Hitler.
I agree about the worst persons, how dare they not pick my sainted gil hodges [Mets fan] and overlook the irascible O'Malley. BOOOOOOOO
Keith, First, I would like to thank you for your courage and tenacity with regard to reporting the facts. Fox & Friends First reported this morning that the US military surge is successful? The fact that Fox News purports to be a legitimate news agency is really rather comedic. Also, I happened upon a youtube video of US soldiers taunting Iraqi children with water. As a veteran of the first Gulf War, I can't even begin to articulate how disheartened I am by the despicable conduct to date of our military currently in Iraq as it only serves to prove just how broken our military really is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjEcmcxMSFg
Regarding the Baseball HOF not electing anyone, what else would you expect from an organization that wouldn't vote Buck O'Neil into their hall. That little stunt cost them at least one visitor.
