Holy cow! I was laughing so hard I snorted-good grief. Hmmm, I must forward this on to my friends in the Uk just in case they haven't seen it.
While speaking, Dubya sent messages out, using his POW Eye-Blink Code, to the Twins, letting them know that Tony had confirmed a Date with Prince Harry. Also confirmed by the POW-EBC, was the purchase of a fleet of 2008 Chinese Chrysler Limousines from Dan Quayle Chinese Chrysler of Indianapolis, for the White House.
This is NOT funny! There are hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis thanks to us and these people belong on trial in N U R E M B E R, not just in an impeachment hearing. I've often written on the DailyNightly blog that until they start interviewing Bush with the same tenacity and open distrust as they do the leader of the Sudan, Syria, and Iran, that I will never believe the news is being reported fairly. The hour is far later and the situation far graver than you think. They are about to spark another war with Iran. You need to warn the public on just how stron Iran is convensionally and that it would force us to use our own WMD just to stop them. We are in no shape to do this all over again. Take your job more seriously!
Oh no ! That reckless cowboy is about to piss off the Iranians , what the hell are we going to do ?? Not only do the terrorist hate us, but now the Iranians do too. Can't we just love one another, if we only showed them that we love them , maybe just maybe they will love us back. I hope for the world's sake that we just give them what they want in hte name of peace.
Chris Eldridge (Sent Thursday, May 17, 2007 3:58 PM) “This is NOT funny! There are hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis…” You’re right it is sad, sad that so many Americans are mathematically illiterate. Count even count, so sad…
Sue; West Allis, Wisconsin - Posting this on this thread in response to your most accurate Katrina comments. How right you are regarding Hurricane Katrina. George W. Bush & his Administration, and sadly, "we" as Americans were disgraced globally by the complete and utter incompetence and depraved indifference for human life demonstrated both prior to and post Hurricane Katrina. In addition, please don't forget that Condaleeza Rice was caught on film in New York shopping for shoes at FERRAGAMO when the levies broke. As an American, I was ashamed at how deplorable the disaster was handled. What infuriates me is that I should in NO way have felt ashamed, but did. I am still aghast at how George W. Bush, Condaleeza "FERRAGAMO" Rice, "heck of a job Brownie" and the remainder of the sad excuse for human beings handled the disaster. Their incompetence and completed disregard for human life is beyond comprehension. Just yesterday news broke regarding the trailers that those affected are living. They are consumed with toxins and people are getting gravely ill, including children. It just NEVER ends with these despicable sub-humans!!
So, does anyone care to venture a guess as to which one plays Diana Ross and which one plays Lionel Richie in their relationship?
I just don't get it? Why is Blair leaving? Why is Bush still in charge? Why is the price of gas approaching $4 per gallon? Why is there a fly in my beer? Where can I sign up to be deported? A whole new congress, without any incumbents? What is needed to fix our crazy outoftouch government?
You think that once this administration is over and someone begins to compile all the missteps, incompetence, corruption and shear stupidity up this will go down in history as the most inept administration ever? I mean, name one thing they did right?
I just saw that"wolfie" is stepping down and resigning. You can forgethim being "hungry like a wolf" and also the comments Bush made about his "generosity and helping the poor." Excuse me for a moment, are we talking about the same person or was he refering to Mother Theresa. I am delighted to see "progress" has been made today and hope, in the long run, Wolfie and his girlfriend can patch things up so they both can work side by side at a Wendy's. In unison, one more time, would you like a side of fries with that.? Denise
Speaking of So Long, the MSNBC headline reads "Wolfowitz to resign presidency of World Bank - Board says he acted ‘in good faith’ during girlfriend compensation scandal". I think the first part is fine, but the tag should have read "Board says, 'We would have said anything to get him to leave.'" You might want to leave the part about you being a fascist warmonger off your resume. Watch out, Wolfie! It's tough out there for a Neocon. And getting tougher every day.
Gonzo thinks he is the Lone Ranger and plans to ride off into the sunset with his horse Tonto ( Bushie).Charles Schurmer thinks by next week this can all be rectified and hopeful he is out of office. I will believe it when I see the dust settle. Gonzo must feel so proud to be a human muppet and have his strings pulled at will. Has he no diginity, this has gotta be the worst example of self confidence or self esteem. He is stuborne and what is really holding up this process.? Probably the inevitable, 2 other firings to come for his immediate boss and his bosse's lackee. Shame on these men for ruinging great news shows like KO's and also for confusing the world with what could have been great leader's. So I am sure the Dummies Guide for fearless leaders should be released this fall? Denise

Gerald Von Riesen Parker CO (Sent Thursday, May 17, 2007 6:08 PM)" First, because Blair knows that he's cooked-he has literally no respect left in his country, and he knows when to say when. However, the British wish that petrol was ONLY $4 a gallon. The beer? It must be a good one.:) Deportation? I'm sure if we wait just a little bit longer those of us that oppose this current administration will be deported, regardless of the fact that we've been here for many generations! (I'm not joking on that one!) What is needed is for our Congress to do the jobs they were elected to do-if only that would happen. PEACE!
Oh, sorry. Just watched the clip again. I guess it's clear which one is which.
At least Blair had the decency to resign...
You guys are having entirely too much fun with "the Internets".... :)
I think everyone has the wrong take on Bushwah's efforts....he says, "They hate us for our freedom," so he is eliminating our freedom as a misguided stab at diplomacy. It's an effort to make "them" like us, when America is as restrictive and backward as one of the Muslim strongholds.
No, the situation is not funny at all--but this video is. You have to give these people credit for all the time and effort it took to splice together convincing footage of Dubya and Tony singing of their love for each other. Of course, it also reminds me of when Georgie, having discovered that Tony was on board with all his plans to attack whomever he saw fit, declared that Great Britain was America's closest ally, dearest friend, etc. Thus cheesing off countless Canadians from coast to coast, all wanting to ask him: "And what are we? Chopped poutine, eh?"
Scott, "count even count," or spell...
This might make some of you as happy as it did me..I'm still doing the happy dance...weeeeeeeeeeeee! Detroit City Council votes to impeach Bush and Cheney Raw Story Thursday May 17, 2007 The Detroit City Council, led by Monica Conyers, wife of Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), today unanimously passed a resolution calling for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney by the US House of Representatives. Detroit joins a growing list of cities, and the state of Vermont, which have passed resolutions urging the impeachment of the president and vice president.
It's only freedom for those who can afford it. The rest of us are indentured servants. What little freedom we have left erodes daily. It will take a generation to undo the harm this bonehead did, and that's only if we can collectively get our heads out of our asses and stop electing people by sound bits and what the media tells us someone said (usually out of context). IOW, we're screwed. Love the satire here...it totally rocked! And, Trace...I'll do the happy dance when the senate votes to impeach. Anything short of that is blowing smoke. Good smoke, but smoke none the less. Impeach and off to the Hague with these jerks.
Georgieboy forgot rule #1 when appearing in public with Tony Blair LET HIM DO THE TALKING! God it is excruciating listening to Georgieboy mangle the English language. It really makes me wonder how the hell he got out of grade school let alone Yale
Actually Scott there have been hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed since March of 2003. The British Medical Journal Lancet put the number at 650,000 and was roundly hooted for their "flawed methodology". Johns Hopkins conducted a study that confirmed the Lancet report. Nothing more has been said on the matter.
scott the mathematical genius, on a different topic he posted that 36000 dead Iraqis in 2006 alone - and yet he scoffs at an estimate of 100,000 total dead in the war. So - almost 40% of the total in one year for what has been a four year plus war. Four times 36000 gives a conservative estimate of 144,000 dead. Mathematical genius you ain't, scott.
Tony Blair's support of George W. Bush and the US in the invasion and occupation of Iraq will throughout history be his greatest public humiliation.
Congrats Trace , Detroit votes to impeach Bush. Very impressive for a city that is worse than downtown Bagdad. Ms Conyers obviously is as incompetent as her worthless husband. I say take care of your own problems Detroit, the death toll keeps rising with no end in sight and your leadership seems to enjoy it.
Well people,I think the way dubba got out of yale Mama Bush bought him, she leads him around with his silver spoon he was born with.Kinda like when she told Dubba that god wanted him to be president, lord help us is she as stupid as he is.
