White House Subpoenas

Posted: Wednesday, June 27, 2007 1:48 PM by Countdown

Here's the report filed by the associated press...rest assured we'll be all over this on tonight's show.

CAPITOL HILL (AP) - A Senate panel is demanding some documents from the White House and from Vice President Cheney's office.

The Judiciary Committee today issued a subpoena for documents related to President Bush's program involving eavesdropping without warrants.

The subpoenas also name the Justice Department and the National Security Council.

A congressional official says the panel is looking for documents that might shed some light on internal squabbles within the administration over whether the program is legal.

Congress IS doing what they're supposed to do. They have and will accomplish a lot.  None of this would be happening if the Democrats had not gotten elected in '06. Five mos - look at the changes thusfar. To repeat what I said yesterday, they've only just begun. Keith, you're awesome with your relentless reporting. You ARE making a difference.
Now what was that I was just saying about sharks . . .
To the courts, to the courts, to the court, court, courts! You can be d***ed sure they're (as in the White House and dictator-wanna-be Cheney) not going to give THIS info without a down and dirty fight.

I am in the middle of my letters to Senators and members of the House to stop the evil of what's going on in DC and to get a spine, in a nice constructive way, of course.

Could the winds be changing?! Not gonna get my hopes up; I'll believe it when I see it.
Woo Hoo!  It's about time!  I know this is a small step, and that both Cheney and the WH will be maneuvering (read: ignoring) to avoid testifiying, but how many more sacrificial lambs do they have?  They gave up Scooter and McNulty, so who's next?  I wonder if this move will force Bush & Co. to flip on A.G. Gonzo--because you know Rove, Cheney, etc. will do absolutely anything to maintain their stranglehold on our great country.  It's too bad there's no way to arbitrarily provoke Condi Rice just for grins--I'd love to see Bush try and decide whom he loves more.

It's nice to see that Leahy has the stones to keep going.  His fellow Dems should follow suit and vote to impeach the whole lot!
Todd sharks? because they finally doing what they supose to do anyway? right like when republicans where still in power at the house and senate there was no overside nobody question and if one of them dare to they was betrait as a suporter of our enemies. Didn't Saddam did that to people who disacreate with him?  so you right how dare anybody question  bush or chenney after all Bush said god told him to run for president. Ya right I believe that as much as when Chenney said we would be greeted with flowers when we invadet iraq. That made as much sewnce as do right about now
The lights are on, but nobody's home. (Everybody is over at Cheney's place, shredding documents and deleting e-mails.)
Touché Todd!! I already posted about this on the next thread, before this one hit just recently.

This indeed should be interesting; and Pat, let's hope the democrats pull through for us!! I'm a life-long loyal democrat and want them to succeed with COURAGE!!
It'll be interesting if the emperor of Cheneystan will decide to acknowledge these requests, or if they have to hang the threat of "contempt of Congress" over his head.
Finally, the Judiciary Committee showed us (the people, president and vice president) that this counrty's gov't was found as a gov't of laws - not gov't of men as Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney have seen it to be; they acted, still acting as if they're are the laws and they alone could do anything that they feel is right without only oversight - even if it means breaking laws - they insisted, and still insisting that they're bonded by law to do whatever they feel, like that phone taping.
Can one hope that the Democrates have found their spine and are finally going to do what the American people elected them to do. Let's keep our fingers crossed... This Administration at the very least needs a good shaking up and at best to have both Cheny and Bush impeached.
The audacity of this Administration NEVER ceases to amaze me!!

When to The Judiciary Committee's issuing of subpoenas to the White House, Dick Cheney's office, the Justice Department and the National Security Council documents relating to George W. Bush's warrant-free eavesdropping program, the spokesman had the following words:

“We’re aware of the committee’s action and will respond appropriately,” White House spokesman Tony Fratto said. “It’s unfortunate that congressional Democrats continue to choose the route of confrontation.”

Yes Mr. Fratt, the democrats have chosen the course of upholding the Constitution and are going after your sleaze ball buddies, as they have it raped it you jerk!! How dare they uphold the laws of this land? That just doesn't "fit" with the plan of this Administration - GET OVER IT - THE PARTY'S OVER!!
Looking at the Ratings for this show of late....I am just curious to see if Keith might start mixing it up a little; perhaps bring on guests that present "the other side" of a story.
Engage in debates, etc.

Any chance we could see this soon?

Pretty sure this would help his ratings.
Thanks
I hope they can punish those traitors in the White House.  I doubt anything will happen tho.

I do take solace in the fact that I too have broken laws and have not been punished for them.

of course, my crimes never resulted in the deaths of 10s of thousands of innocents, but hey...I never had the benefit of cocaine to fuel my determination.
I can't wait to watch this!!! But if he has Paris Hilton on I will do the same I always do and change the channel unless of course she is speaking out about injustices happening in this country! :P Oh, crap she isn't gonna do that, she's to into herself.
yeah, hand em over dickie!
Remember this?:The Enabling Act, March 1933

On March 23, 1933, the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act, which gave dictatorial authority to Hitler's cabinet for four years. Armed with full powers, Hitler moved to eliminate all possible centers of opposition. His policy is known as Gleichschaltung, which translates literally as coordination. In this context, however, it meant more precisely subordination, that is, subordinating all independent institutions to the authority of Hitler and the Nazi Party.

It was the Enabling Act of March 23, 1933, which in a legal way conferred dictatorial powers on Adolf Hitler. Only 94 Social Democratic votes were cast against it. The date for its abrogation (see Article 5) was never kept. Indeed, the Enabling Act is the last measure which the Reichstag passed under the republican and democratic Constitution of the Republic. It spelled its end and the beginning of National Socialist dictatorship.

Article 1. Laws of the Reich can also be promulgated by the Reich government apart from the method prescribed by the Constitution.

Article 2. Laws decided upon by the government of the Reich can depart from the Constitution of the Reich, in so far as they do not touch the existence as such, of such institutions as the Reichstag and the Reichsrat. The rights of the Reichspresident remain untouched....

Article 4. Treaties of the Reich with foreign powers which have reference to matters concerning the laws of the Reich, do not need the consent of the bodies which had part in the making of such laws, as long as this present law is valid.

Article 5. This law is in force on the day of its promulgation. It is abrogated on April 1, 1937; it is further abrogated if the present government of the Reich is replaced by another. (9)

It takes time to get a big, boat to turn.  The Republicans are doing everything they can to make the Democrats in control of both houses look bad and try to make the country think they aren't doing anything.  Far from it.  The Dems are having to clean up the mess the Repubs left them.  That begins with oversight.  We have an administration who thumbs there nose at Congress and we, the people.  A president and vice president who don't think they are a part of the executive branch.  What a joke.  What's sad is they deserve to be impeached and held accountable for their actions along with being brought up on war crimes, but the reality is that they will probably walk away scot free.  This administration has stabbed us all in the back and the Republicans stood back and watched it all happen.  The Republicans have painted the Dems as weak on national security.  In reality, the Repubs are the weak ones because they didn't have the balls to stand up to a tyrant and keep him in line from the get go.  They created a monster who has raped, pilliaged and plundered our country for their own greed.
Like I said before, when you have no ideas - subpoena. I can't believe I just read that JFK was doing the same thing with wiretapping. Just goes to show, JFK was really a Republican and would roll over in his grave at the liberal party today. Liberalism is dead forever. GOP 08
It appears that the Dems in congress may be effective after all. Recently Dick was forced to resort to the warped logic that he was not a part of the exec branch in order to avoid transparency. I guess that means he can't claim executive privilege now in order to avoig subpoenas. It seem he might be boxed into a corner as a result of his own craftiness.
Go get em, Congress.
Too bad the documents they are looking for most likely were shredded last year. This is going to drag on for a while, I'm afraid. There will be much back-and-forthing, and I hope that the dems don't cave again. If they do, they deserve to be tossed to the curb with the rest of the trash in the next election cycle. It is well past time for our elected officials to do their job and protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Does anyone actually believe that any of these documents will be released?  This administration will ignore the request as long as possible, then take it to the courts so that nothing will happen until after they've left office.  Liars and crooks - 17 months and counting.
Let the subpeonas fly! Leave no stone unturned. Let's get a floodlight on the Administration and see how it bears up to public scrutiny and accountability. I hope the Senate and the house get so far up the Bushies butt the Bushies can taste the Brylcreem. To paraphrase Jr. soprano
Yawnnn...You folks forget who the Dems are playing with here. An administration that has turned the tables on them every time. And they can because they are smarter then the Dems and much more strategically devious, and because the American public already knows this administration thinks it is above the law but dosn't care, and because Cheney has already said to the Dems, Congress and the American people "screw you", and he is still VP. I can go back through the history of these blogs and find numerous occasions where bloggers stated "Stop the Presses, Important Announcment, It was just announced that they just discovered this or that, or that Cheney had part in this, or that Rove is hiding that, or that Bush is going to get his now because of this". Cheney has already announced he is above the law so why the excitment regarding these subpeonas. This committee will get no documents (maybe something the White House sends over from the funny-papers). And even if Cheney or any of his staff were required to testify all we would hear is "I can't recall' or "that's not my signature" or must have been a misprint on my computer". And after all is said and done the Dems will gravel and say please Mr. Cheney, can we have some honesty and truth from you and your office for once, pretty please. Oh, you want more money for another surge in Iraq, sure, here it is with no strings. And you want to bomb Iran, ok by us, but don't hold us accountable if things go bad because  we have an election coming up in 08 and would not  want to be accused of not protecting America. Say Mr. Cheney, could we perhaps purchase some of those US Flag lapel pins from you. They would look good on our suits while we campaign in Iowa. Ten thousand dollars apiece you say, ok, we'll take a hundred of them. Gte pissed at me if you like for the cynicism. I'm not saying stop the fight to throw these bums out into the street, but it is not going to happen until when (And If) the Dems win the 08 election.
Let the subpeonas fly! Leave no stone unturned. Let's get a floodlight on the Administration and see how it bears up to public scrutiny and accountability. I hope the Senate and the house get so far up the Bushies butts the Bushies can taste the Brylcreem. To paraphrase Jr. Soprano
Anyone really think Dick and Bush will respond to the subpoenas? Watch the quick return of both to the executive branch and their hiding under the cloak of executive privilege...can Harry Potter vanquish these two?

Todd, are they any sharks left in the Congress to bite back when Dick and Bush reject the subpoenas? Will any Republicans leave the lemming march and side with the Dems?
Todd what was you saying? that finnaly somebody hold them accountble for there action? that the time of ignoring braking of laws and constition is over? is that what you mean? I mean for 6 years the house and congress let bush and chenney do what they whanted now they have to answer, I get it you don't like that part but to bad it's about time somebody does stop this morans. We lost to much under this goverment. We never been hated that much around the world, nobody trust us, we seen as the bad ones. You guys wasted all our power for what?  So please I say let them sharks out already.
Seems the Bush administration, and that includes the new "Tricky Dick" (Cheney), believe they can choose to enforce only those parts of the Constitution that benefit them...and ride roughshod over the parts they don't like.  Everytime Congress does something they don't like, they assert "executive priviledge" to keep from complying or they rewrite the rules by using the now-infamous "signing documents".  This administration makes Nixon look like a choir boy.  Makes you wonder what else is hidden.  Pat from Boston is correct that none of this would have happened if the Democrats hadn't won in '06...the Republicans would still be doing what they've done the last 6 years or so, sticking their hands in the cookie jar and then denying it when caught.  The "Bushies" have redefined the word "sleaze".
As HST would say "Give them Hell"
Pat, Boston, MA, Before you get your bowels in too much of an uproar over Congress that little Compromise on the Appropriations Bill da Dubya was the Grand Daddy betrayal and caused a lot of lives.

Todd I hope you are right as well as Pat,Pam,CA,Krista,Sue,Linda,George,Independent,as well those I have missed and our famous trio Death Star Dubya Trio, scott from nv,john phila, and lovin Larry of Charleston,SC.

Say a lot do nothing Congress.Pave the roads right before election local politicians.Bring the troops home right before elections this this Congress.
A lot of lives lot because of that kind of politics this Congress.Could they have saved a lot of lives by tying up the Appropriations Bill for the Surge... Yes.
Is Nancy Pelosi a whimp...yes.Anyone who would cut a deal and say they would not impeach someone for breaking the law is an accessory to the crime. It's like giving the criminal a green flag and saying go ahead we are not going to do anything.

So yes I hope this the beginning of something that will bring some of this sicking injustice to an end.Yes.Could it be just another Dog and Pony show I have a cautious wait and see.
You got to show me the money.I want to see those beady little eyes of Gonzo going oh caca, I want see Dick heading to the sidelines with that maybe I need a new battery before this term is over and someone else needs to fill in Dubya...Condi I'll be your Baby  Tonight...?Until I see someone who has the goods willing to give testimony or leads like another "deep throat' out there I am going to remain cautious.
I hope there is a "Deep Throat" out here somewhere who is now cooperating and willing to pick these criminals off and take em down.I am sure a guy like Scooter Libby for the right deal and a cash and freedom package might be willing to turn "good guy" on the Dicker and his buds.Just the thought of that has got to have this whole administration make those bricks of shit. That guy could wreck so much havoc or someone who knows as much as he does that these little shits would be in court and the next stop for a long time.Personally I think there is someone else like him out there that will do the job because they have seen the light.

Pat I'm not knocking your optimism. I hope your right  as well as Todd.

And for Keith Olbermann we all love.Personally I love these Editors/Moderators who make this happen and this forum possible.I do hope Keith will take on Ann Coulter one day.I said I wouldn't talk about her anymore on my last post.

So let's see if we will put the bad guys away as John Walsh would say.

One the count of 3 everyone pick up your phone and say
HI DICK...
Sue - We have a regular circus clown and a new one - in town again indeed!! Instead of Clinton, now one clown is bringing up an Administration of FORTY-SEVEN years ago, and he is full of BS to boot!! HOW PATHETIC CAN THESE LOYAL BUSHIES GET!!
The effectiveness of a feeding frenzy is not relevant to the behavior leading up to said frenzy.  Sometimes the sharks don't win or they get distracted and swim away to another area of interest.  Are there enough sharks left in Congress to bring them down?  Probably not, but that wasn't the point.  The point is they smell blood, they are breaking ranks, and they will escalate.  Victory is another topic.
B A - Not only do I LOVE you, I salute you sir!!
Sue - Please disregard my post above, as I responded to you about the "garbage" in response to you on another thread.  You are right!! SORRY!!
Well gee, CA - aren't you the glass is half empty kind of guy lately? (smile)

We all are aware how painfully slim our reasons for jubilation might be and how quickly those reasons may fade. Let us have a little joy in seeing at least some official recognition that the executive branch, ahem, has to start showing some accountability.

It may not be much and it may not last but at least we have this for right now.
John in Phila...so you support Cheney's rewriting of the constitution? His raping the constitution? His inventing the fourth branch of government that amazes even many of the Republicans? You support all the corruption in Bushworld? All the Bushworld players in Jail? Libby, Cunningham, Griles, Ney, Scalon, Abramoff...Delay when he gets to trial, etc...William Jefferson isn't in jail...you have no problem with warrantless wiretaps that violate the fourth amendment...wiretaps without probable cause and warrants against everday Americans violates the fourth amendment...you have no problem with your flights being tracked and put into the flying habits database...you support the secret prisons around the world created by Bush and Dick...you support the lies about WMD, you probably believe Saddam and Iraq played an active or inactive role in 9-11 just because Cheney keeps repeating it when even the Pentagon wrote there was no connection, proof, nothing...and please, Clinton's lying about a blow job and fun with a cigar did cause over 3500 soldiers to die and the world to no longer trust America...

Someone asked you to name something positive Bush has done and you avoided answering the question...you said something like we already know what you will say...I, for one, have no freakin' clue what you could possibly say that shows one positive thing Bush and Cheney have done? Tax breaks for the rich doesn't count...name something positive for everyday Americans? I am sure many of us are waiting for you to state three positive things that have happened in America since 2000...blog is yours John...

North Korea lauched another missile today John...I remember it is Clinton's fault Bush said America won't talk unilaterally with North Korea...oh, Bush has just recently changed his mind...duh...come on John, name three things and answer the question, for I have no freaking idea...

Tolerance, the Constitution, the Geneva Convention...all dead in Bushworld...glad you support that John...
Anthony K...as we apparently have to keep repeating to you right-winger "concern trolls" over and over again, Keith's ratings are just fine, and they will continue to get finer, without your "help" and "advice." There is no need for him to be "mixing it up a little" or "perhaps bring on guests that present 'the other side' of a story" or "engage in debates." Countdown fans turn to the show because we don't WANT "debates" (aka "shouting contests"); we want the TRUTH. We know there are NOT just "two sides" to every story. And we know that however many sides there are, falsehoods do NOT deserve equal time with truth! Keep doing what you're doing, Keith, and thanks.

As for Congress...ah, this is the day I have been waiting for. It will be SO interesting to see how the White House wiggles out of this one!
I hereby give my government the authority to listen into every phone call I make and save every e-mail I send...no, no wait, I demand that they in fact do record my conversations and save my e-mails so if ever questioned about anything unlawful my record will be clear. It would be my dream come true if Chucky, Teddy, Nancy, Hilly and the whole crew listen to some of my phone calls.
Yes Mr. Fratt, the democrats have chosen the course of upholding the Constitution and are going after your sleaze ball buddies... GET OVER IT - THE PARTY'S OVER!!
Pam,
Now that's what I am talking about. And relentless no let up.Pile up subpoenas and legal summons on them so high with copies of the Constitution and Cherries and whipped cream on Tops for flavor that they will spend they rest of their sorry ass terms in court.
They want to maneuver in the cesspool they created we can all sit back and watch the Sam Ervin of this generation Senator Leahy and the Judiciary Committees of both Houses along with Congressman John Conyer issue subpoena after subpoena and hold these slime balls in contempt that even once they are out they can be tried.

These "Son's of Bitches"as on old Mr. Simpson's placards on his walker who was arrested over 167 times protesting Reagan,Nixon, and crooks, in the California Legislature that are not above the laws of the land.
Pam I got some very interesting stories about old Mr. R. H. Simpson of the late 60's and early 70's.The California Newspaper Press Offices used to run his press releases of complimentary for him. They were hilarious. We distributed them for him. When I am speaking those press office I mean the big guns like the L.A. Times,The SF Chronicle,The Examiner,Long Beach Telegram ect.Mr Simpson had a lot of friends including the head of the state DNC Art Torres.
We had an UN Organization in which he was one of our UN Authorized leaders. There was a guy back then a friend who ran the UN Party organization and carried 6% of the mayors race. Not bad for a Pat Paulson candidacy.Un was for those who had never been included. It's motto was the classic never having to say you were sorry. It was known for its spirit of good deeds and kindnesses. It's founder,a guy named Bob Smith, does educational work and is a communications major, and of course remains the UN President.Circa 1973--- We had a very good friend like the VP of UN who owned a 1956 Convertible Packard Clipper. We would always have Mr. Simpson guest of honor in Old Sac parade in the back seat surrounded by beauties in bikinis. The band all played kazoos.Doo daa parade.
Maybe we should revive UN and run Bob for Congress.
7-up sued us for the UN thing. They lost.Don't -uck with UN.I was the Un Minister of Peace.I'm sure there some kinda J Edgor on us somewhere for being UN.

OK Back to Countdown lets' narrow the board down to 3 if you want to have 4 th of July blogger election to make it easy.See if K.O. and these folks will give us the heads up if they think the blogger award would be OK and KO would autograph a baseball or pic to the winner and announce?

OK for communication purposes I created a temp email box
babuddusky@yahoo.com

if anyone gives a rats ass...

Until that time put a smile on your face and in your heart and show God a good time....or something like that...

Check out Jess Unruhs quotes on Wikipedia He was one funny politician. Old school.

"Not bad for a Pat Paulson candidacy" - (Sent Wednesday, June 27, 2007 8:22 PM)

B A - This is too funny!!

I know I'll be up laughing all night!! I was very young during the days of good old Pat’s “thriving” campaign efforts; however, I’ll never forget him, as my father used to laugh and make my sisters and me watch him along with dad!! What a hoot he was!!

So thanks for the good laugh, as my daughters are finally coming home, albeit a six-hour delay AND counting in Chicago - they're not too happy, but hey, at least they boarded two hours ago!! Sitting on the runway has not agreed with them; and I’ll be at LAX around 2AM!! Seriously B A, you are truly the best!!

I would have loved to see you handle those anti-UN Organization people.  Glad to hear you won the 7-up lawsuit; but as you said, they picked the WRONG battle and the wrong people to pick on!!

I'd love to hear your stories about Mr. Simpson, as I was just a young child in the sixties. Thanks for the email address!! I am looking forward to corresponding with you!!

Again, the humor, the truth, the great knowledge, this history and the great compassion you bring here, a HUGE THANK YOU MY FRIEND!!
I'll believe it when I see them all in jail! Then I might have some faith in this country again. Unless some of their other buddies are still involved with our government. Until then I'm not gonna get head over heals excited.
ya right ,Denver - I thought I would help you out here. I believe you missed Todd's post on the other thread.  Also, I think you should read ALL of Todd's posts and then perhaps you will see which side he is on, that of the Constitution.  If you read just one of "Todd's Greatest Hits", a.k.a., the collection of the some of the best and most deserving verbal assaults delivered to this Administration  I have ever read (in addition to B A’s), I think you will find the answer to your question posed above.

Here’s the post he was referencing, written and posted yesterday, and I’m sure after reading this, you will come to your own conclusion.
Todd, New Orleans, LA (Sent Tuesday, June 26, 2007 4:25 PM)
“Bush Co. - Have you ever seen sharks in a feeding frenzy?  It isn't the instant boiling water red you see in bad movies.  They start off with just one or two of the sharks attacking.  Then the blood gets in the water.  THAT is what gets them excited.  Then escalation.

Sen. George Voinovich joined Sen. Lugar today in calling for a change in direction in Iraq.

Any slight towards sharks is purely unintentional”.

PEACE!!
We bus in to CHENEY DC from every state, to help restore that which civilized society mandates and constitutional charge protects: habeas corpus and freedom from torture. NOT ONE NEWS SERVICE COVERED IT.

Someone had to see Coultergiest on EVERYONE's tube instead.

FREE CHRIS MATTHEWS
HAH!  Tommy in Henderson.  I had to read the post a couple of times, then the posting name.
Subpoenas are how they got the previous Tricky Dickie and all his cronies too.  Marched em off to the Big House.  I don't care how much they "can't recall", the fun starts now.

Hey Cheney - go F*** Yourself.
Independent: I just agree with B.A. - Show me the money! Show me some balls Dems! Show me a call for impeachment whether you have the votes or not. Show me the anger Biden once expressed when debating the war funding about getting our troops out of Iraq whether you have the votes or not. Don't even agree to sit in the same damn room as these constitution killers but communicate only via the phone or by messenger. Hit the road and incite the American people (they need it), etc., etc., etc. Show me the money! Then perhaps I'll begin speaking from a perspective that the glass is half full Independent. I have stated over and over here many times the dems are no better then the republicans, they are career politicians. They have participated in some level of corruption themselves at some point and are bought and paid for by special interests. In addition, they are just plain whimpy. I understand the need for hope and that can be achieved, but not with this bunch on either side. There needs to be a complete reform (revolution you might say). Why do people keep trying to put faith on these Dems, these subpeonas, these Inspector Cruso investigations when they know Bush and Cheney are not going anywhere until the 08 election, and most likely will not go anywhere but home afterwards. They are not going to try and hold these guys accountable for anything or convict them of anything after the leave office either. Concentrate on finding decent and honest replacements for this President and these representatives or before you blink we'll end up with others just like them. Those blogging in here need to come together at some point after having collectively decided on just who might be the best person to straighten this governement out and then concentrate on getting that person in office. Chris Elderidge had an idea about a peace rally in Iran. How about some rally's for that person we need to determine who we are going to support in the next election. That's where the hope and efforst need to be placed or we could just lose this thing to the republicans again in 08 if we are not careful and allow the current Dems to screw it up again for us.

Pam what are you Todds spokes person? I pretty sure if he disacreace with anything I said we will tell me. So you know what his intetions are? how?
So you know what his intetions are? how?
ya right, Denver (Sent Thursday, June 28, 2007 9:58 AM)

I've spent months reading his posts, that's why.  It's a very simple conclusion that anyone who has read//blogged here for any length of time would know.

As far as being his "mouthpiece", no, Todd is much more intelligent and scholarly than me.  Todd has defended our Constitution both vigorously and ruthlessly. I appreciate him.

As I said in the beginning since you seemed a bit confused, "I thought I'd help you out".  I am sorry if you took offense, my apologies.

I hope I have answered your question, and again, I am sorry you took such offense.
ya right - I don't answer every question directed at me.  I don't have to.  Since Pam was courteous enough to answer instead of leaving you in curiosity, her answer stands, feeb.  I didn't answer you because I thought you were clearly a moron and a rude one at that.  Have a nice day.  Or not.  My indifference is staggering.
Pam Bignardi, San Pedro, California (Sent Thursday, June 28, 2007 1:25 PM)  "As far as being his "mouthpiece", no, Todd is much more intelligent and scholarly than me."-------  That is a really sad thing to have to admit, although I'm not sure it's true, I haven't met many scholarly elevator operators...  roflmao...
