Sure, Media Matters is progressive, mainly because it fact checks the lies of Fox News...Does Media Matters have a bias?...Yes, but every news outlet has an agenda...Rupert Murdoch even admitted he slanted Fox's coverage of the events leading to the war with Iraq...when the owner of Fox admits he slanted the news, how can you not admit Fox News is no more fair and balanced than any other news organization...

Murdoch owns hundreds of newspapers and television stations...because of Murdoch and Fox Made Up News, something like 30 percent of Americans still believe Saddam and Iraq had something to do with 9-11...even the Pentagon stated there is no connection between Saddam, Iraq, and 9-11...another lie spread by Fox Made Up News...

George - The Fox coverage of Obama was actually worse.  "Madrassa" in Arabic translates to "school".  Yes, while living oversees as a child Senator Barack Obama attended a Catholic "Madrassa" - meaning, his parents sent him to a Catholic School, how dare they!! Fox is so stupid, as I guess they think no one in this country speaks Arabic!! WRONG!! My daughters understand it fluently and are average in speaking it.  What a bunch of idiots at FNC!!

My daughters laughed at the TV when Fox NOISE started that campaign, then became as angry as me, as they realized the station is consumed with bigots and neo cons!! They were also offended.  FNC, if not for the fact that people watch it, as evidenced on this blog, which is scary enough, is a joke!!

Brenda, why is it unheard of for someone to drive into some place that they haven't tried to bomb before?  Why would they go back time and again to the same place?  Wouldn't it make more sense to go someplace totally unexpected?

I posted this in another thread, but I'll post it again here.  Please don't think that because our government has played 'the boy who cried wolf' over and over again, that there isn't a possibility that our allies, and/or the United States isn't going to be targeted again.

Do YOU think that someone would be so devout to Bush as to first, ram their vehicle into a building, and second, set themselves  fire?  Are all of the people at the airport in Glasgow in on 'it' too?

I certainly think that we should all have a healthy skepticism of the things our government puts out in regard to terrorism, but at the same, I don't think people should just ignore it.

I know there are terrorist, but don't put it past our own government either to be a part of them. Not to long ago there were 2 kids near here, not in my city but Sanford and Orange City who were suppose to be making pipe bombs, come to find out it was a jealous cop that said it to get back at the kids mother, because she wouldn't date him. They made a big ole thing outta that too, and it was based on LIES and Jelousy.

People over there don't even believe it Jamie. Not all but alot of them don't. The only people you have to worry about with terrorism is what is sitting up in the White House that deal with people they call terrorists! If you truely believe that it wasn't our own that did 9/11, then why do they still deal with the Saudis? They were the ones who supposedly were piloting those planes. All I ask is to actually start adding things together. It's a big ole puzzle and isn't easy. At this point I feel like crying, why because do you think it is easy for anyone to believe that they would be capable of it? No, I didn't want to believe it. Since we have been brainwashed all our lives to believe an untruth, I'm angry Jamie and it hurts really bad, I struggle with it daily but by adding everything up and the convenience all the stuff that happens has benefited them I see over the rose colored glasses.

The Saudi Royal Family excercises control over government functions while the Religious Police enforce the Islamic codes of conduct on the population. There is constant friction. The Saudi government has deadman switch explosives to destroy the Oil Field if the Islamic fanatics seize control. They first planted these explosives to deter possible invasion, but now they serve to deter internal takeover by the Islamic Religious Police or Bin Laden's followers.
