Jenna Bush just got engaged to Mr. Henry Hager.  The above photo was taken of the love-birds during a special dinner for Prince Charles & his wife in 2005. Mr. Hager proposed on Wednesday.  Jenna Bush is currently writing a children's book with her Mom.  Henry Hager is a former intern of Karl Rove's and part of the Bush/Cheney re-election team in 2004.

As long as taxpayers are not footing the bill for the upcomming nuptuals, I could care less who Jenna marries. One would hope she has matured some over the last few years. The cynic in me can't help but think that there is hope in Bushworld that wedding plans will help take some heat off of daddy's abject failure. Quick, everybody! Look over here! It's a bright shiny thing!!!

I think a wet bar at this wedding would be just what the doctor ordered. Think of the video of the father of the bride gassed at his daughters wedding. The smoking gun.com has footage fom the 90's a good 10 years after Georgieboy "quit drankin" gassed at a wedding.

I thought "they" were saving gay marriage for a certain daughter who's actually gay.

Who cares who is getting married (or not) as long as the taxpayers are spared the expense, which makes the question of where the person who happen to be the daughter of a sitting president gets married... maybe she'll opt for the summer of '09? Maine is beautiful that time of year! :-)

LOL the RightWingNeoConNutJobs didn't seem to have a problem when Hillary Clinton was derided on 2 signs as "Chelsea's Mom", but have a HUGE problem when Jenna and Rovebot Jr. become a subject of comment.  Don't they know any other people?

Oops.  So sorry.  I forgot that there's a double standard when it comes to Repugnikants.  My bad.
