Now why on earth did I come over here with a hunch that the new thread would be about sex?

Assuming it's genuinely a new thread.
Keith and, in the next hour, Dan forgot to mention NYT endorsed McCain for Republican nominee for president.
Hello Keith,
I don't care about whether John McCain had an affair. What bugs me the most is the fact that Bill O'Reilly is still allowed to spout his hateful garbage on the air. I mean incitment to lynching isn't that a hate crime? If not it should be considered one. Don Imus (not that I'm a fan) was taken off the air for less. Please call publicly for his resignation (again)!
It will be interesting to see how this one is explained.
I know this thread is primarily devoted to the latest developments with Senator McCain, but a couple of other stories were covered last night - thankfully. As far as "he who shall not be named"'s latest racist rant, I told you all in the greater midtown area to leave daily bags of flaming dog logs on "its" doorstep, and it doesn't look like you're doing it. And, Keith, us, and any other thinking and feeling person can rant about it, call for "its" suspension, or call for "its" firing all we want. But, we all know what the nature of the news BUSINESS is today. "It" will only be fired when the money stops, when the publicity stops, and when the sponsors stop. Sorry to be such a downer, but that's the truth, folks.
I am so sick and tired already of hearing about the McCain controversy.   The election coverage so far has been issues oriented, and not focused on alleged scandals.  For once, not insulting to our intelligence.  Now we are back to news as usual..sensational, tabloid journalism.  Please, please don't forget to get back true issues based journalism.  That is what we really need.
The media is missing the point of this article. It is not that he had a relationship with this woman but that he will and has done favors politically for people who are close to him and that has included Lobbyists in the past.

As I was reading about McCain and his ties to this bimbo lobbyist, I noticed that they mentioned that McCain's top adviser, Charles Black Jr., is a LOBBYIST for BKSH & Associates.  Why is that not a problem?  Do most candidates have lobbyists for advisers?
Just more garbage from the lefties at the New York Times!
Reporters used to hold microphones up to the newsmaker. What the heck are they all holding in this picture -- TV remote controls?
The New York Times is little more than the "elite" version of the National Enquirer. They've been protested for incorrect and biased articles and information for years. This is nothing new.
Keith,

How many times was the alert level raised outside of the 14 times connected to the "Nexus of Politics" included in your book "Truth and Consequences"?

It would seem to me that the connection is stronger if the alert level was raised only a few times outside of these 14.
