Some supplemental highlights from recent shows:

You can read the first judicial review of the government's secret evidence against detainee Huzaifa Parhat in which the accusations are described as being based on "bare and unverifiable claims."

You may recall this is the one that references the Lewis Carroll poem, "The Hunting of the Snark." There are many versions of the poem available online for free but this one also contains images of the book.

When Obama says refine does that automatically mean he is saying we will stay longer? What is the definition of refine? Could it mean if things are better we could even leave sooner. Why is one statement such a rush to judgement? Why are some looking at this negatively?

Thanks Rachel for putting your colleagues on the mat for their constant Obama "flipping" charges. You have spoken for so many of us. Obama hasn't "flipped". Your colleagues are confusing entertainment with news. I know memories slip but gee whiz, we are expecting facts from our news reporters. Thanks for not following suit and being a leader in your industry.
