Sarah Palin once again displays her ignorance of the US Constitution: the concept of Checks and Balances refers to the 3 branches of government: legislative, executive, and judicial, not the partisan parties involved in the run-off election between Chambliss and Martin. Keith Olbermann, admit it: you and the rest of the media have been soft on Palin from the get-go. She couldn't pass a high school civics class exam on government, from what I've heard from her public statements. Stick a fork in this turkey, will you?
