After watching Monday's Countdown in regards to Obama and tax cuts, Mitch McConnell claims this is a Republican idea. Doesn't McConnell look and sound like Mason Verger (Gary Oldman) in the movie "Hannibal"?

Unrelated to post, but why has the Countdown podcast on iTunes stopped at Dec 23, 2008? No new episodes have appeared past that date.

I am not available the multiple times it plays, so the podcast is how I get my dose of Countdown. Please start it back up (even if it needs to contain commercials).

Interesting that both Keith and historian Michael Beschloss appear to believe that JFK was the last president to have a preteen child in the White House.

Keith, glad to see Coultergiest got slapped to the curb by two networks. NBC cancelled her appearance and CBS's Harry Smith didn't let her get out of hand. She is so over!
