Yeah, Bush's tax breaks really takes money from the poor and gives it to the rich. Both the top, and bottom are at record high, (for the rich) and low, (for the poor).

Never mind that the treasury receives record revenues under Bush.

If only Congress could put a hold on spending.

But as for your new set, I don't want to sound critical, but those colors are all wrong. (Sorry, but I'm a photographer & I just had to say it.) Brown is not a good color for Keith. Blue is much better.

And btw, I hope you also do a redesign of this blog. It is really slow - though I'm not sure if that is just because I have a Mac & you're connected with Microsoft.

I know where Secaucus is, and I guess I could find the Rockefeller Center which is about two blocks north of Billo's studio on Fifth Avenue (lol).

Talk about wrong river, the German painter who painted that used the Rhine river as his 'modal' and his friends as the soldiers. Since the Rhine flows north, in that painting Washington is also leaving NJ to go to PA and not the historically accurate other way.

So Keith was more right than he knew (still the wrong river). We'll miss you. But I can appreciate not wanting to cross the river to commute -- I wouldn't want to either.

So Olbermann's Countdown is moving from Jersey to Manhattan. Truthfully speaking, the show is in dire need of a facelift, but I'm not sure moving to the BIGTIME is the answer. I'm unsure if Regis wants Olbermann in his building, or even on the same block.
And look out for Geraldo. Maybe Olbermann just wants to get closer (and cuddle-up) to the beauties on Fox and the Almighty Billo, number 1 for 6 years now. Keith is doing so much fluff on his show that a move to LA-LA Land may be more appropriate. In NY He will be the odd man out, at least for awhile, in his new surroundings. Anomaly summed it up in an excellent and creative blog Oct 19, 8:50 AM, and by the way, thanks for the plug. That bar scene was a hoot.

On a serious note. Keith, get some guests that are NOT reflective of yourself and your own opinions. Your show is flat because it's one-sided. Nothing wrong with "leaning" one way or another but you need some political "balance." Then, if your ratings don't improve, it must be YOU, meaning you're as good as you're gonna get. Did you read the letter? I did. It politely chastises Limbaugh 'pre-doctored' remarks for what they were. I thought it was civil. Only an extremist would consider it a smear. The really sad part is that someone paid over $2 million for it. Hopefully they really just wanted all the autographs.

Krista. My girlfriend and I saw the first "Star Wars" in Minneapolis, 1978, in a theater crammed full of Adults. In 1980,I was living in Oregon and was visiting Eugene one weekend. I saw that 'The Empire Strikes Back" was playing so I went by myself. Sitting in the middle of the empty theater, I wondered what happened to the crowds that couldn't wait to see the first one. Five minutes before showtime, the doors flew open and within a minute, the place was stuffed with nine year old kids. The kid sitting next to me asked if I'd seen it before. After I said no, he informed me that he had seen it ten times. I asked if he had seen the first one and he said he'd seen that one, twenty times. I remembered the majority of the people at the first showing, being rather disappointed, thinking I suppose, that they were going to see some kind of "2001" with blood. I saw the last one, "Anakin Gets Barbecued", with my nine year old nephew (He'd seen all of the other ones, oh...Fifty Times?). We've seen it now on TV, well...not fifty, yet, but a dozen at least. It's almost like 'Rocky Horror". The kids know the whole dialogue and who does what to whom with whatever colored light sabre/sabres. It's a phenomena unlike anything I've ever seen. If George Lucas has any kind of heart, he'll make just a few more for these kids to take into their Golden Years. My nephew is hoping for thirty more of them, but I said, he should settle for another nine.

On the Rush Limbaugh auction... The whole thing is a rig. His long-time friend Betty was probably going to make that astronomical donation anyway, what better way to use it than to embarrass the Democrats in Congress.

Since they didn't take the bait, Betty's huge bid looks like Rush has support. But there was no gradual increase in the bidding, just the big jump.

And if they took the bait, then they all would have had to fork over the 2 million each and Rush would have the pleasure of taking it to their pocketbooks.

Dems, you guys have got to learn from the master. Rush is a master of this kind of bait/switch, 'are you still beating your wife', I said it, no I didn't say it tactics.

I'm aware of the Federal Spending situation just as I'm aware of Bush and big business. However, I don't favor the Dems and what has always been increased taxes, free entitlements and outrageous policy platforms. Bush gets blamed every time the wind blows. Pelosi and Reid have tried their best to undermine conservative talk radio because Republicans and others listen. What happened to free speech? That's why I think Hillary's Media Matters is a sham. I don't agree with everything Limbaugh says. I only listen here and there. We all have other priorities in our lives but when I defend Rush for any reason it's no different than someone else defending Olbermann for any other reason. Newshole opinions are considerably left of center and me wandering in from time to time is generally not in my best interest.
