I am ashamed of him - with his courtroom one-liners and antics all for his measley 15 minutes of fame. He makes me want to throw up.

As for ANS, think she should be buried with her son in the Bahamas and I think Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannilynne and whoever turns out to be the father is the one who should get custody of Dannilynne.

Just my 5 cents worth.

He is trying to find out who has a right to determine the final resting place of ANS. Should it be a man she met years ago but did not marry or her mother who gave birth to her. Perhaps they were estranged. Is it so unusual that a child puts distance between themselves and a parent that does not approve of their lifestyle? That distance is by no means an indication that a child is not loved. Whatever ANS thought of her mother, she thought enough of her to leave her son in her care until he was 7 years old. Perhaps this is a lesson for all of us who have lovers without benefit of marriage. This entire story is completely unbelievable. I followed Anna's modeling, interviews, reality series for a long time. I have seen several interviews in Anna's own "words", she had resintment towards her mother and family. After Anna's rise to fame, then all the family came running out the woodwork to put her down! A true family does not put you down in the public eye, has her own aunt, counsins, and mother has done.

Anna, verbalized it herself before her passing, who is handle her affairs. Allow her peace with Daniel in the Bahamas.

Has anyone noticed Virgie continues to contradict herself on the witness stand?

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

This judge looks right into the camera at times while talking to someone on the opposite side of the court room.
Anna's mom should get a life. She acted like she didn't understand the question regarding whether or not she was going to be profiting off of Anna's life and death. She responded "no" to the question "have you been paid anything by any tv syndication?" HOWEVER, when asked if she was going to be paid by any syndication, she acted like she didn't understand the question. Give us a break!!! I'd like to know if a judge could enforce a "no profit" clause to whomever gets custody. It would also be interesting to see how many people would want custody of her body then.
Howard Stern is a jerk. His eyes remind me of Ted Bundy's eyes - BLANK. There is something about him that makes me shudder.

This is a serious case and it's good that Judge S. doesn't rush into making his decision on who gets custody on ANS's burial. It makes logical sense that he should deligently take the time to hear both stories from both parties - Anna's mother and Coward Stern. Ops, I mean, Howard Stern. Speaking of that Howard, I think he does have something to do with the death of Anna's and her son, which is exactly what Anna's mother has stated. This has been planned and premediated by Howard since the first day he became her lawyer - the day that he gets to know everything, everything, especially Anna's millions estate from her late husband. And the only way that he can inherit those $$$$$ is to get rid of all Anna's related family members. Things have come into this favor, first the estrange relationship with Anna's mother, the closest kin that she has. Then came Daniel, and now Anna is gone. The mother of Anna is biologically and emotionally attached even if there was a rift in their relationship. Since Anna trusted her mother to take care of her son for a number of years it shows there was a natural family bond and one that could sustain with the surviving grandchild, Anna's baby. Anna's mother should be entitled to whatever inheiritance the courts deem appropriate. Howard K. Stearn did not intercede to stop the flow of drugs to Anna allowing her baby to be born addicted.

Thank goodness the California judge had the sense not to relinquish jurisdiction of the paternity case to this bozzo. Also, if Vergie's position is that Howard kept Anna drugged for the last 10 years, then Dannielynn would have been born with drugs in her system which, it appears, didn't happen. Get rid of Virgie...she should not even be a player in the game, would you want your child growing up in that disfunctional environment??

Im not too sure about Stern - I dont know if I believe any word he says really. They need to hurry with the paternity and order visitation to grandparents etc- Stern will run off with the baby is she is his and no family will ever see her. Thats horible to take her family away when she already lost her mother. She will one day have to stuggle of where she belongs in the world if they take her away from wither side of the family... father or mothers. Anna and her mother dont have a relationship anymore if they ever did most likely due to other influences or her own choices... Too many people wanting their 15 minutes of fame as a result of a tragic event. The judge needs to get off his soapbox, and apply the law which he swore to uphold when he took his oath to sit in that courtroom. I'm pretty sure they covered all of these issues in Law School. He should go review his class notes and the statutes.

I also wonder how many of these people we will see as analysts on Court TV in the months and years to come. Just look at what the OJ trial produced, the people that emerged from that would never be on TV.

Anna Nicole shoud be buried next to her son. Get the DNA test over, and also put the people in jail who are "getting in the daddy line", there is no excuse for this and is being done for self-promotion.

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

Please, let Anna Nicole find peace. For those who like to say Howard K. Stern was controlling Anna, you should just take a look at E!s Anna Nicole show footage and you'll see how she used to walk all over him and he just let her. Kazemi

As an attorney who has practiced before numerous judges and courts, I must say the process is not only unusual, embarrasing and a mockery of the system, but also a reminiscence of the OJ's case and Judge Ito's performance. An out-of control court atmospher, with attorneys running the show (and I mean it literally "the show") while the Judge does his best to entertain the media. Perhaps someone should remind this ring-master of the gravity of issues at hand and suggest to him to keep his sense of humor, or lack there of, for other times and places. Where are you Judicial Council?

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

Banana Court. Given his body language, reluctance to answer questions is indicative of someone covering up. A person who is lying and covering up, etc., gets a very dry mouth. He didn't even ask for a BR break. I'd like to know why Dannylynn isn't in the custody of the court until the paternity question is determined.

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

anna loved her son above all else, i belive she would

It is truly sad day in our country that this man that calls himself a judge and is allowed to make any decision. He is obnoxious, lacking in diplomacy and fairness. Even Judge Judy would have been better. God help all parties involved. He took offense when someone mentioned it was a circus.. Well sorry, judgy you is no ringmaster you is the CLOWN! As for the mother of Anna Nicole I say get a life and go home. Shame on you! You did something wrong raising Anna thats all I can say. You do not deserve to be called her mother. You should learn from your daughter and the way she loved her son. I noticed how the attorney for Larry B is all over her and telling her what to do so now we know those two sides have merged. I guess if either of the two win they will share the financial benefits.

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

Although I usually watch Fox, I have liked the way that you have covered this trial better. I do have a comment concerning one of your host speaking to Joan Rivers. JR called the ANS family trash, what I saw was a woman who loved her daughter. I am sure there are many things she would have done differently if she had it to do over. And no she was not dressed as well as Ms Rivers or the female lawyers, but not having as much as alot of people and being from the south does not make them "TRASH". She was a mother. I hope the judge's decision is to give control of Anna's body to her mother. I have watched this trial for the past 2 days and have changed my mind since hearing the testimonies of H.K.Stern and Larry Birkhead. Stern is someone who took control of and advantage of ANS weaknesses. Watching L.Birkhead on the stand, he seems to be a person with morals.

Story #1: "Judge Larry"

Where's Judge Wapner when we need him? It's 3:00 o'clock and even Raymond of "Rainman" fame could do a better job than this guy. Judge Judy are you watching this fiasco? And Judge Mills Lane, do you have some time to spend in this court room to fix this mess? Somebody please pull the plug on all this nonsense.
Bury the poor woman today next to her son as she wished. Get the paternity tests done today so that little baby girl can be with her biological father. And get this "clown judge" off the airwaves, now and forever. P. Mr. Stern has not been shown the respect he deserves as the one person who truly seemed to care about Ms.Smith (to the point of his own detriment). God bless him.

She would respect the fact that Anna buried her son in the Bahamas and would know in her heart that she would want to be put to rest beside him. I watched 15 minutes of the hearing and turned turned it off. I am ashamed of the mockery being made of our judicial system in that courtroom. Why must such personal and painful matters be made so public? I feel so bad for ANK and her daughter.
